With over 25 years in marketing, communications, and customer experience, the majority in the not-for-profit and community services sector, Kay has recently expanded her remit into workforce planning and data insights, bringing a communicator’s instinct to a technical and complex discipline.
In her current role at SaCSA, Kay leads the development of workforce strategy, using evidence to understand workforce challenges, shaping the narrative for change, and communicating it in ways that move stakeholders to action.
Kay has led high-performing teams across health, aged care, disability, and community services, building brands, shifting cultures, and driving performance in complex organisations. She is known for her ability to make complex things make sense, and for bringing people along on the journey.
