SaCSA is excited to see the release of the first National Skills Plan, developed to guide the implementation of the 5-year National Skills Agreement in collaboration with state and territory governments.

SaCSA is excited to see the release of the first National Skills Plan, developed to guide the implementation of the 5-year National Skills Agreement in collaboration with state and territory governments.

This plan sets the stage for addressing key national priorities, with a strong focus on building Australia’s sovereign capabilities. SaCSA, alongside other Jobs and Skills Councils, is proud to be at the forefront of this initiative, driving forward the skills agenda.

It also highlights the vital role vocational education and training plays in equipping people with the tools they need for secure, fulfilling careers.

Extensive consultation with First Nations leaders, Jobs and Skills Australia, and various Skills Councils has been key to shaping this important plan.
