Nikki Kelso 

Executive Director, Operations 

Nikki Kelso is the Executive Director, Operations at Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA). Nikki has 20 years of senior leadership experience in the for-purpose sector, across all aspects of operations, organisational development and governance. 

At SaCSA, Nikki is responsible for all corporate services including internal operations, finance, HR, administration, process improvement, IT, cybersecurity and premises management.  

Passionate about supporting the growth of organisations that contribute to a better society, Nikki has a range of voluntary and board experience with community and human services non-profits Boards. She has brought her expertise to diverse areas, including industry associations, migrant and refugee support, and social justice initiatives.
