Paula Bauchinger joined the SaCSA Board on 16 June 2023. Paula is Chair of the SaCSA Nominations Committee and the SaCSA Personal Services SWAG.

Paula is the Executive General Manager – People and Culture at Abacus Group.

Paula has 25 years’ experience in Human Resources with 15 years in senior leadership roles in ASX companies covering the Retail, Property, and FMCG sectors.

Paula is tertiary qualified in adult education and psychology and has GAICD Accreditation.
