Natalie Turmine 

CEO 

Natalie Turmine has an extensive 30-year career leading organisations delivering transformative initiatives across employment, disability, Indigenous, community, apprenticeship, workforce development, philanthropic, social enterprise, labour hire, and training services throughout Australia. Her leadership experience spans both not-for-profit and for-profit organisations, underscoring her commitment to driving impactful outcomes for communities and industries alike.  

Natalie is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA), one of the newly formed Federally funded Jobs and Skills Councils. In this role, she leads national workforce planning and skills development efforts in collaboration with industry, unions, and Federal and State Governments. SaCSA focuses on the Arts, Personal Services, Retail, Tourism, and Hospitality sectors, providing a strategic platform to address emerging skills needs in these industries.  

Previously, Natalie served as Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Page for six years, Chief Operating Officer of VERTO for four years, and Executive General Manager at Angus Knight/Jobfind for 15 years. Her leadership in these roles has been pivotal in shaping workforce solutions and fostering social and economic opportunities.  

Beyond her executive roles, Natalie holds significant governance and advisory positions. She is the Chair of the Australian Racing Drivers Club (ARDC), overseeing Sydney Motorsport Park and the Australian Motorsport Innovation Precinct, a Centre of Excellence for workforce development and motorsport innovation. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Hydrogen House Australia, advocating for hydrogen as a renewable energy solution, and serves on the Global Advisory Panel for the Institute on Science for Global Policy’s “Pathways to a Hydrogen Energy Future” program, where she advises on workforce development for the emerging hydrogen industry.  

Natalie contributes actively to policy development and governance as a State Councillor for Business NSW, where she plays an integral role in advancing workforce skills initiatives and advocating for businesses of all sizes. She also serves on the NSW 24-Hour Economy Council Committee, with a focus on supporting the development of workforce strategies.   

Her previous governance experience includes Non-Executive Director roles with National Employment Services Australia, NESA People Solutions, and CASAR Park Motorsports Complex.  

Natalie’s career is defined by her unwavering passion for workforce development and her dedication to fostering sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
