Retail & Community Pharmacy Qualifications Project Workshops 2026

Join an upcoming in-person or online workshop in your city and be part of the conversation shaping Retail and Community Pharmacy training.

Help shape the future of training in the Retail and Community Pharmacy sectors

Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA) is hitting the road this April and May to deliver a series of face-to-face consultation workshops across Australia as part of the Retail Qualifications Continuum Review and Review of Community Pharmacy Qualifications projects.

These workshops will support the development of updated training products for the Retail and Community Pharmacy sectors, bringing together stakeholders from industry, vocational education and training (VET), and unions to review and discuss proposed changes.

Over recent months, SaCSA has engaged extensively with stakeholders to explore the challenges and opportunities within the current qualifications. Using these insights, we worked closely with our Technical Committee to develop updated draft training products designed to better reflect industry needs and support a strong, future-ready workforce.

With the draft training products now available, these workshops provide an opportunity for stakeholders to:

Understand the proposed updates to qualifications and training products

Contribute practical feedback based on industry experience

Participate in focused discussions with the SaCSA team and fellow stakeholders
